 “From the moment we chose EventCity as the venue for our first ever Auto Body & Motor Claims Expo, we knew we were making the right decision. The Sales Team handled the enquiry superbly, and listened to our very specific needs.

 The venue itself is ideally situated close to numerous transport links, meaning it was easy for our exhibitors and visitors to get to the Expo, the free parking offered undoubtedly helped us to hit our attendance target. The flexibility of the event space allowed our exhibitors to be adventurous in their exhibits, meaning we had a large number of vehicles indoors and numerous demonstrations of auto body repair equipment.

The onsite security team managed the event build-up and breakdown expertly, meaning we were freed up to concentrate on the needs of our specific exhibitors.

The Operations Manager for the exhibition, and his team, were exemplary in their handling of our event. Nothing was too much trouble, and given it was the first exhibition a lot of our exhibitors had been a part of, you can imagine there were more than a couple of teething troubles for some! They offered us ongoing support and guidance in the weeks leading up to the Expo which was invaluable and very much appreciated by everyone involved with ABP Club.”
