CHURCH TAKES OVER EVENT CITY FOR ALL NATIONS CELEBRATION

A Manchester church is taking over Event City for a day for a spectacular multi-cultural event on Sunday 29th October.

All Nations Day is being hosted by The Lighthouse, a multi-ethnic church based in Salford which has seen rapid growth over the past few years

The leader of the church, Pastor Paul Hallam, said “We hear so much these days about the church dying, but we want to show how wrong that story is – the church is truly alive and growing, and All Nations Day is all about celebrating that.”

Including over a thousand people from more than 40 different nations, every age group and a huge diversity of social backgrounds, All Nations Day will feature a dynamic, multi-national music celebration, with food, drama and multimedia presentations. A large multi-national choir “Voice of Africa”, recently featured on BBC TV, will also be participating.

All Nations Day is a free event to which all are welcome. Free parking is available and the celebration starts at 10.30am on Sunday 29th October.
